Nice historical building. Nice stuff at reception (2 guys). NH Discovery program is not available anymore, very disappointed!! First day they provided really noisy room… next day we asked to change as its not possible to sleep. Breakfast really basic… not for 5 stars hotel. Really expensive…

The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, but extremely austere. No courtesy water. We had to contact the reception desk to ask for toilet paper, shower caps, additional soap. The entire ambience of the hotel was one of austerity that cannot be understood. For instance, the beautiful hotel lobby is totally naked, no armchairs, no plants or flowers, no furniture at all. Ditto with the hallways. The breakfast was also austere (one could even call it cheap). Just two kinds of sliced bread, no vegetables, eggs as an extra. The dining room is beautiful, a hotel this fine could provide a richer breakfast. The personnel is the best you can imagine. Always friendly, attentive and ready to help. The room and all facilities are spotless, clean and comfortable. The hotel is expensive and could be a little bit more generous with the small details.

The deluxe rooms leave a lot to be desired. The central air conditioning does not allow us to regulate the temperature. We had a hot day in April and I couldn't turn on the air conditioning. I asked for a fan and they didn't have one. The shower water is not hot. The rooms do not have a refrigerator. A disaster -

A wonderful historical building from the outside. However, many things need to be upgraded in the inside. The rooms need to be refurbished and renovated. we arrived around 11 o’clock in the morning knowing that we were not allowed to have any breakfast at the time. We checked in and the lady at the reception categorically told us we couldn’t have coffee that day. I’ve done early check ins at other hotels in the past but they always offer you some kind of coffee. Amenities were extremely poor: 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, and 2 soaps. I wanted to use the spa and have a massage but the hotel didn’t have any house shoes. I had to go wearing my boots. To sum up: wonderfully located, lovely from the outside but in an extreme urge of renovation in the inside.

Check in y out amables y veloces. Cumplimiento de todo lo acordado. Comodidad, servicio impecable, ubicación insuperable, vista al mar, dos piscinas climatizadas y una exterior, gym. Desayuno riquísimo de 7 a 11, diario en la habitación, mucamas atentas y limpieza perfecta. La diferencia sobre tantas virtudes la otorga el personal: no se puede oedir más. Lo único negativo: es cuando la estadía se termina.

HERMOSO HOTEL. Estuvimos 2 amigas alojadas 7 noches. El hotel confortable como es habitual. Su hermosa estructura muy bien mantenida. Todo el personal colabora para que la estadía sea placentera, no se todos los nombres destaco solo 3 que recuerdo, son Santiago en comedor , Aylen en recepción y Lidia en reservas, lamento no recordar otros. Su cercanía al mar es inmejorable. De ser posible contraten habitacion vista al mar. El amoblamiento de la habitación excelente tanto para estar como para la calidad del sueño. Esperemos que pronto puedan habilitar el servicio de restaurant, por ahora no funciona. Desayuno tal como lo ofrecen es sencillo pero abundante y buena calidad. En fin todo excelente, reiterando la excelencia del personal.

I stayed on May 1, 2, 3, room 212 with very old furniture, very worn mattress with deep unevenness, bathroom without bathtub and the edge of the shower with a sharp edge, towel rack torn off, they replaced it two days later. The breakfast is not what I enjoyed in previous stays, no cold cuts, no cheeses, no fruit, etc. Good valet parking
