Ofrecen desayuno buffet.Inexistente!!!! Nos dieron medialunas y tostadas viejas , que bajòn! Lo ùnica que era fresco, fue el jugo de naranja ! Tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar. No funcionaba el televisor!!! No pueden tener una tarifa de un cuatro estrellas cuando no ofrecen servicios de esa categoria . Malisimo!!!!!!!!!! Muy mala experiencia !!! Nos fuimos muy desilucionados!!!

Es una lastima que no controlen el estado de las camas y de las toallas. El colchón de la habitación 203 necesita cambio! Las toallas del baño se encuentran muy mal lavadas, el color blanco ya no existe! todas parecen muy sucias ( mal lavadas). En la cama las almohadas no existen colocan almohadones pequeños (para unas cama de dos plazas tres unidades). Consulte en recepción por el gerente del hotel o responsable y muy amable la Srta. Valentina me dijo que la única persona con quien podía hablar era ella. Escucho mis quejas y como respuesta a mis requerimientos obtuve seis almohadones en lugar de tres. Es un hotel bien ubicado, con un desayuno normal para nuestro pais, con habitaciones bastantes limpias , pero en decadencia

Estuvimos 9 dias y 8 noches . Habitacion Cama King al frente 403 . Amplia 30 mts. con escritorio , frigobar , aire acondicioando central. Excelente ubicacion en Playa Grande . Muy buen Desayuno y la Pileta y Deck del Hotel 7 P. . Destaco la atencion de Valentina - Marcos si hay inconvenientess los resuelven al momento . Muy buena limpieza y cordial equipo de mucamas . Un 4 estrellas en serio . Lo recomiendo y voy a volver . Pablo Valles Duchez .

Es un hotel con una buena ubicación y habitaciones amplias. El resto, no está a la altura de lo que se paga. Por lo menos a nosotros nos tocaron toallas con olor nada agradable, colchón malo y almohadas incómodas, que piden urgente renovación. El desayuno bien, pero nada del otro mundo. La cochera es descubierta, el gimnasio ridículamente chico. La atención del personal es destacable. Por el precio que pagamos creo que hay mejores opciones para hosped**** en la ciudad

Ingresamos al hotel el 3 de abril, muy despoblado, con poco ambiente y ese mismo día bajó mucho la temperatura lo que hacía prever que haría frío a la noche en la habitación. Preguntamos por la calefacción y nos informaron que aun no estaba encendida de modo que solicitamos alguna manta que nos fué entregada en el mostrador del hotel por la única persona que había en recepción, y creemos en todo el hotel. Efectivamente hizo frío en la habitación por lo que a la mañana siguiente insistimos en preguntar qué harían con la calefacción. Nos respondieron que la gerencia había resuelto no encender la calefacción y si deseábamos nos devolvían el dinero de los días no usados. Optamos por mudarnos a otro reconocido hotel de la zona por una pequeña diferencia de precio debiendo soportar la pérdida de tiempo y la frustración de no poder disfrutar de un hotel que parecía bueno.
