The hotel is well located and although it is old the accommodations are ok. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Upon arrival we parked head on as instructed(the hotel then takes the car to a parking lot) there was a gentleman at the door, the hotel calls him “security” he did not come to help us neither he call one of the bell boys to do that. As my husband was taking our luggage from the trunk of the car, a motorcycle went by and stole one of our luggage!!! Although they said this has never happened before, we found out that it was not true. The personnel at the hotel were nice but unfortunately don’t know much how to treat a client. They never showed great concern for what had happened and maybe offering a dinner; a drink or anything else would have showed us that they really cared! Obviously the day they taught how to treat your clientele, they did not go to class.

The worst experience. They charged us$683 for 4 nights. They wanted to Cancel the reservation three days before arrival if I didn't pay in full. Then it was a nightmare to get the refund. I almost had to get a lawyer involved. In town they have a bad reputation. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are others as good as or better.

Hoyel 4 estrellas generoso, amplio buenos cuartos, desayuno bufet completo y buena atencion de la mayoria de sus empleados, pasos de el ******, la playa , la piscina en el subsuelo no suma, es un hotel tradicional de muchos años buena ubicacion el restaurante es mu bueno

Exelentes y muy confortables de primera calidad sin dudas volvería una y mil veces Dos Reyes es nuestra segunda casa con la amabilidad de su personal sin distinción de jerarquía desde su mozo del restorán hasta su gerente y ahora la pileta climatizada 20 puntos

Lindo hotel. Muy buena atención del personal. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, pero estando en el primer piso, mirando al pulmón de la manzana, teníamos una vista bastante fea y nos la pasamos escuchando palomas. El Wi-Fi no era bueno. Muy buena pileta cubierta. El gimnasio es adecuado, si no hay mucha gente. El sauna seco también fue bueno. Respecto a la comida, el desayuno incluido fue rico. Mejor aún la cena en el restaurant: precios correctos y muy deliciosos platos. Ir temprano o reservar, ya que se llena.

Intente reservar este hotel vìa telefònica fue imposible hacer razonar al empleado que atendìa, ofrecì pagar al contado al llegar al hotel y poner como garantìa mi tarjeta de crèdito, no hubo caso, es lamentable que por comodidad de ellos uno no pueda pagar al contado, no entiendo esa reticencia a aceptar dinero. Lamentable la hotelerìa en la Argentina poca atenciòn pocos servicios y precios caros.

El hotel tiene sus años pero en líneas generales está bien mantenido, comodas camas, con mucho espacio de guardado, está muy bien ubicado para poder visitar los mejores lugares de Mar del Plata y también para ir a la playa y lugares de diversión. El servicio de limpieza un día se olvidó de realizar la limpieza de la habitación y al llegar y reclamar me informan que no tienen servicio de limpieza a la tarde noche o al menos eso me informó la recepción con una indiferencia total. Una pena porque yo no pienso volver y menos recomendarlo.

Estuvimos en la doble twin, habitación amplia con buen aire, muy buena la comodidad. El personal muy servicial, muy lindo hotel. Lo que deja desear es el desayuno, los huevos revueltos son mezclados con agua (más agua que huevo); entonces queda insípido y acuoso agarrabas una vez y no volvías agarrar. Pastelería no es gran cosa. Tiene fiambres, panes, frutas de estación. Normal nada especial. El resto del hotel está súper bien
