We improvised a trip to Mar del Plata and found and excellent deal contacting them directly. The suite had an unbeatable see view, but what made us gave the hotel the 5 stars rating was the employees in all the areas that made our stay enjoyable. We tried the Spa and the massages were excellent, the food was really good too. I want to mention Denise who welcomed us and helped with reservations, including a stay in the chain new hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel needs to be refreshed but it is nothing compare to the level of service, the clean crisp sheets and the comfortable bed.

We were scheduled to drive down to Mar del Plata toay from Buenos Aires and stay at Hotel Costa Galana . Unfortunately my wallet was stolen late yesterday afternoon with my drivers license included.... so I was unable to pick up our rental car to make the trip. Román Brutti from the Reservations Office at Hotel Costa Galana was very understanding and worked with us on the late cancellation. I am so appreciative and look forward to coming back to this wonderful country again soon and will definitely book a stay at Hotel Costa Galana when we return!

Beautiful hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable, and nothing is too much trouble. I was here for five nights for a Congress and was treated like royalty. Breakfasts are generous with a wide variety of food to choose from. I had lunch and dinner here and there was a great choice - bife de chorizo was cooked perfectly!

This hotel although very well located and attended is detained in the 90’s. All of it was brand new and super quality 30 years ago. Carpets, curtains, furnishings,Lightning, all of it is old fashion and a bit wares out. Service is great, food is nice.

Everything is amazing, from the facilities to the staff who make us feel very good! From the minute we enter the hotel until we leave, everything works and if there is any problem, they solve it instantly. I should point out that I had to rush and they brought me a brilliant breakfast later! Thank you.

Fuimos a festejar el cumpleaños 70 de mi marido el domingo 10/11 y pasamos un finde maravilloso en el hotel. La atención de todas las personas que trabajan allí es impecable y el hotel está super bien mantenido en todos los detalles… Disfrutamos mucho del spa, los desayunos buffet llenos de delicias y el restaurante Mar donde cenamos para festejar el cumpleaños, con velita y copas de espumante de cortesía! Es decir, no podría decir que fuimos a pasear a Mar del Plata sino más bien que la experiencia fue alojarnos en el hotel Costa Galana. Esperamos volver muy pronto.
