非常不滿意。我們預訂後前往現場，看到和網上説的完全不一樣，在一個小巷子裏面，院子破破爛爛，前台寫着登記處很像八十年代的小旅館。後來我們就在攜程上發起退款，但是立刻被拒絕了。我們實在不敢也不想在這住，還是離開了。本以為攜程去溝通可以很好解決，但是第二天仍然被告知無法退款，原因是我們前一天晚上店家沒有接到我們的電話為我們保留了一晚的房間…….可是我們明明前一晚就申請取消預訂了。即使是這樣，我們還是不敢住在這個破院子裏。
這次甘南之行唯一一次的差評。特別是店家，完全不在乎顧客的感受堅持收錢，還説我們不主動聯繫，真厲害。關鍵是那個小院子真的很破。
