I spent almost 30 days in this accommodation, I felt at home. I recommend it to go alone or as a couple. The staff is very friendly and close, professionals, each one in their field. It is a simple house, with few rooms, each one with its private bathroom. Clean and neat. Possibility to cook, fridge available for customers. Free WiFi in all parts of the house. Well located, near the embassy area, well connected to the center by public transport or by taxi and mototaxi. A lot of variety of restaurants, from more expensive restaurants to cheaper places. Mozambican, Vietnamese, Indian food, burger, sandwiches...

unfortunately I am forced to report a bad experience of this structure which I absolutely do not recommend. I booked because, among other things, there was the possibility of mandatory cancellation. unfortunately I wasn't able to leave due to the COVID restrictions that changed at the last minute and the property refused to cancel my booking, they took the money from my credit card even though it said that I would pay on site and they didn't deign not even replying to messages. Really dishonest and in bad faith as well as liars.
