My experience at the Art Infiniti Hotel was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive throughout my stay. The room offered a comfortable retreat—quiet, clean, and well-maintained—with thoughtful touches like quality bedding and reliable air conditioning.
The hotel’s location is super convenient. It’s close to downtown Maple Ridge, parks, eateries, and major roadways, making it easy to explore the area or get where you need to go. Free parking and on-site amenities like a relaxed bar add great value to the overall experience.
While the exterior might show its age, the interiors are steadily being updated, and it’s clear there’s a lot of care going into the space. For travelers looking for comfort, affordability, and convenience, this place hits the mark.

The hotel photos were completely different. I was surprised to be shown to a room before renovation, even though it was under renovation. The room was dark, so they brought a light fixture right away, but it was still dark. The entrance door was wobbly even when locked, so I was worried.

This wasn't booked through TripAdvisor. It was a motel not a hotel. If it was advertised as a motel, I would have given it a 100% rating. It was clean. There were a few minor issues, but the front guest staff Tiffany was very helpful. She solved all problems. She even provided me an upright lamp when I said the corner where my suitcase was didn't have enough lighting. She gave me a discount when I stayed one extra night after my initial 3 nights. Housekeeping was not daily, but she offered to do housekeeping if I needed it.

I was quite pleased with my room. They gave me a free upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I had a great sleep. I don’t hesitate to recommend this place. If you need somewhere to stay and you don’t wanna spend a lot of money I would book there again.
