The hotel is a non-smoking area, and the lobby and guest rooms are all non-smoking areas. But on the first day of my stay, I saw a man and a woman smoking as they entered the elevator in the lobby on the 5th floor. The front desk asked, ”Is there any?” Later, I pointed out the person in front to him and then intervened. The next day, the person in room 1117 opened the door and smoked. The whole corridor was filled with the smell of smoke. I told the front desk, but I don't know if there was any follow-up. The rest are very good
