打開門 從客廳黴到房間 床頭頂着一大片黴菌牆。
加上回南天地板全是濕的，噁心的不行。
整個套間除了廚房挑不出一處像樣子的地方
不需要多豪華的裝修 最起碼你要乾乾淨淨 讓人舒適
在它家住的一晚 一點都不舒服。
且酒店沒有任何誠意的態度 或不好意思的致歉
意思房間就是這樣的了 這個樣子你學人開酒店公寓？
壓根就是旅遊淡季 人和車都不多見。説自己40多套裝修 每套都很好。
結果了個最噁心的房間給我。前台總是空着沒人 退房時也不見人影。我各種方法搜了這家店想聯繫 都得不到任何迴應。

海景房在二十幾層，陽台看江，豪華房底樓層，三室兩廳兩衞。有洗衣機，沒洗衣液，有一次性洗漱用品，有廚房，沒鍋碗瓢盆。地理位置較偏，開發中的地方就這樣，去市中心開車20分鐘左右，去童子灣，宴鏡嶺也是半個小時左右。客服在小區門口，正對着馬路，挺方便，下樓過馬路左轉，沿江邊走路十幾分鍾，有個小夜市，可以吃宵夜，都是小推車類型攤販。

離中國第一灘非常近，沙灘廣闊，沙子細膩，有很多貝殼！！

這趟茂名之旅體驗真不錯，住宿環境很好乾凈衞生裝修風格也時尚，酒店的旁邊有户外露營地可以一邊聽歌一邊喝酒吃燒烤，酒店離中國第一灘衹有2公里，附近有家那山那海餐廳的點心很有特色，有機會再來

環境優美、小區比較新，晚上很安靜，房間比較舒服、乾淨，小區內給10元還可享受優惠游泳，游泳池衹能適合小朋友遊，

新裝修還是有點味道，小區呢很有很多樓棟在建，不過確實離第一灘跟晏鏡嶺都很近，小朋友玩的很開心
