There is a gift of sugar water to drink, a must for summer, very cool! The sanitation is very clean, and the front desk is greeted warmly when entering and leaving the front desk, which is a good service.

在宜尚酒店系列中，茂名這家宜尚中規中矩，在各方面都符合標準，入住感到舒適，但不覺特別出色。能滿足客人的基本需求，可以選擇入住。

衞生：衞生挺乾淨的，沒有什麼地方有異味。
服務：服務態度很好，很熱情，對視會主動打招呼，這點讓人感官很好。
環境：周圍車流量較大，位於十字路口中間，離附近的重點設施都挺近的，比較友好，不過此次旁邊車道封路，出行受到了不便。
設施：酒店內設施挺不錯的。一次性鞋是我住過酒店最好的一個。浴室有防滑設計，挺不錯的。
也有一些槽點，燈光總體較暗，晚上感覺有時候不夠亮，辦公的時候各種背光陰影，設計不合理，隔音一般，樓道開關門的聲音很突出，可以想象房間內應該也不是很隔音，房型對比該房價來説總體偏小，但地理位置決定了也沒有辦法。體驗最差的地方就是電梯了，衹有一部電梯，上下時間需要等待的時間很長，這點體驗確實差。另外一個比較差的就是停車場了，停車位都在樹下，衹有少數幾個車位在酒店門口及延伸，在樹下停兩天車上全部都是樹膠，因為封路各種電🐔都往這邊走，灰也很大，總體來説，停一天就得洗車，最後一個小瑕疵就是酒店打出的智能化其實並不智能，和平常酒店多個電動窗簾。
總體還是不錯的，出差的推薦，想保持性價比可以多看看幾家。

很乾凈，住着也舒服，房間隔音還行，外面在修路夜間也聽不到聲音。然後能改進的一點就是洗衣房這裏可以放幾個凳子休息。等衣服
