設施：設施頗為出色。諸如牙線這類物品準備齊全，服務細緻周到。服務態度甚佳，前台還有迎賓的菊花枸杞紅棗茶，着實不錯。距離火車站極近，性價比超高，出行十分方便。酒店樓下更設有大型停車場。
一切皆優，性價比頗高，方便在此過夜，隔天一早前往火車站，實乃不錯之選。這是一家剛翻新的酒店，衞生狀況良好，乾淨舒適。提供免費停車服務，行李也能免費寄存。夏季還有免費的雪糕、點心和小吃。
這家酒店堪稱我住過的最優酒店之一，性價比極高。房型寬敞闊大，提供免費自助洗衣服務，可免費停車，還有點心和茶水供應。從入住直至離開，全程堪稱完美。工作人員耐心且細緻入微，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適無比，老闆更是熱情非凡，來來回回的交往中都已成好友了[呲牙]

我在茂名高鐵站北廣場店度過了一段非常愉快的時光。這家酒店的位置非常便利，靠近茂名高鐵站，讓我的出行變得輕鬆愉快。一出站就能看到酒店的建築，讓人倍感親切。
酒店的服務讓我印象深刻。從入住到退房，酒店員工都表現出了專業而熱情的服務。他們不僅主動提供幫助，還總是微笑着，讓人感覺賓至如歸。尤其是在前台辦理入住時，工作人員耐心解答我的問題，讓我感受到了酒店對客人的重視。

前台服務好，經理很熱情，挺好的服務，很細心，為我解答各種問題，最主要是性價比高，適合出差人士，雖然是第1次入住，但是感覺真的特別棒，以後還會來，位置很好，環境舒適。房間也挺大的。各方面真的挺好!

離高鐵站近，衞生很好，服務很好，入住時，讓服務員安排一間房間光線好，整潔乾淨房間，無線和電視網絡也很好，電視畫質比較清晰，空調挺給力的，服務熱情周到。前台接待員態度很好，很親切，很熱情，各方面都很滿意。推薦~住着舒服，有家的感覺!

我是從事於五星級奢華酒店行業的前台，會特別注重酒店服務和攜程好評評分。因為現在訂的是平價酒店，所以對於此酒店服務水平怎樣我不會在乎，之所以訂了此酒店，是對比了很多家，看見了此酒店的攜程評分是蠻不錯的才訂的。可是，到前台check in的時候，前台沒什麼熱情也無所謂了畢竟是便宜的酒店。令我驚訝的是，去到房間，發現地板有黑黑的東西，低頭看是好幾衹螞蟻，再看一會又多了好多，地板還有臟東西，似乎是沒有打掃過地板似的，我就想要麼打電話讓阿姨打掃一下衞生算了，在房間裏尋找電話，更驚訝的是，房間沒有電話…….我住這麼多次酒店，頭一次是住房間沒有電話的酒店，我走來走去不曉得怎麼辦，於是打開攜程致電給商家，發現房價比我提前訂的便宜了。我告知前台房間有螞蟻需要阿姨打掃一下，前台也幫我換了個房間，去到了新的房間，地板和洗手間濕濕的，估計是剛拖完地，可是也拖的不乾淨。我也是做酒店行業，還是別再麻煩前台了。可是我用不慣房間自帶的拖鞋，門外有客房阿姨的物品推車，我自己拿走了一雙一次性拖鞋，包裝臟臟的被開過似的，我打開發現臭臭的，我就又用自己的手機致電給前台送雙一次性拖鞋來。可是後面我發現床單和被單有污跡，心態崩了..客房過來送拖鞋，我就讓她換一下床單吧。後面我又發現裏面有毛髮的東西….既然是裏面那就算了，浴巾毛巾也是有污跡。送來的拖鞋還是臟的，也被告知衹有這一雙了，整個酒店一次性拖鞋也沒有？？設施設備實在是太差了….晚上睡覺那個空調控制面板的燈綠色的還很亮，空調的聲音像抽風機很響根本睡不着。 總之，真的好差，我看攜程差評都是説ktv吵，就沒人説衞生不乾淨的嗎？？？
