交通便利，由於列車時間的問題，我們提出希望酒店延遲退房，前台的小姐姐們，非常熱情周到的給予我們申請了免費延遲退房，這是一個非常令人滿意的酒店，也享受了非常人性化周到的服務，下次依然會選擇這家酒店作為出行的落腳點。還有補充一句：每個服務人員的笑容令人難忘！非常熱情的前台小姐姐，服務熱情，辦理入住手續快。有問必答。整個入住過程愉快且放心。酒店各類設施齊全，衞生都很乾凈細緻，還可以去海邊遊玩都非常方便

差評！第一，衞生差，設施舊！第一間房間窗户是破的，窗台都是水，後來我們提出了更換。換了之後，房間仍然臟亂差，椅子上都是污漬，牆邊是黑色的臟東西，桌子邊角都破皮了，床墊旁邊的床架是發黴的，床頭板上的牆紙也發黴，茶水櫃背板掉皮，淋浴間的門打開時會發出異常大的響聲而且很難推開。整個房間就三個字，臟！亂！差！第二，態度差！！入住時，儘管我的車已經完全停在車位內了，但保安堅持讓我把車尾繼續倒後，緊貼廚餘垃圾袋停車，垃圾袋內散發出糞便和食物殘渣的惡臭。退房時，車子準備出閘口付停車費，這時剛好有車進來，出入口很窄衹能單向行駛，此時一個自稱主管的阿姨讓我把車後退讓對方先進入，這是我第一次經歷停車場先進後出這種完全不合理的方式，而且阿姨的説話方式是命令式，我感覺完全沒有被作為顧客來對待！

房間很舊，設施破損嚴重，説是招待所也不為過吧。但勝在價格便宜，五一期間200多，而且酒店位置就在西湖公園旁邊，吃飽飯過去散步是個不錯的選擇，樓下吃的買的也多。前台服務態度一般，本來想升級房間的，前台不情不願的樣子，哈哈哈，算了，我還省錢。

交通便利，環境好，服務好，近中國第一灘，近陳金章博物館，去大菜市場二分鐘非常便利。逛西湖時裝廣場好便利，出入周邊有好多美食，很好，每次都選擇這店，增值服務做得非常好，值得推薦。
