What is what most is the buffet breakfast. it’s very fancy. It’s very tasty and the hotel automatically upgrades my room into suites where there is the private hospital and I like it a lot

（映月樓一樓）房間舊，第一次安排的房間還漏水，換了房間後，房間沒有電話配套，電風吹壞的，找服務員換還有用自己電話打電話，被子穿洞，洗手間一股臭味，還有一大衹蜘蛛，好多蚊子，一言難盡。
公共温泉區，温泉池沒有持續放温泉水，也沒有過濾，温泉水泡的時候都涼了，温度不夠，更衣室一股味，乾淨毛巾發黃，一堆放的亂糟糟，不問服務員還以為是臟毛巾。温泉區的洗手間太臟了，噁心。
2019年第一次去御水古温泉時，各方面給我的印象很好的，如今真不行。這次失望而歸。

預訂的時候也沒有房間詳細的圖片，看到100平的兩房別墅就直接定了，價格1800+。原以為是兩房一廳，結果就是兩個單間，除了個床外啥也沒有。外面有個庭院，wifi也連不上。這個結構下，娛樂衹能外面的庭院，在這種私密性較差的地方，就麻煩把房間隔音做好點吧，隔壁説話一清二楚，隔壁旅客十點半就要睡覺，那我們沒法在外面聚會，衹能各自回室內房間。
蚊子巨多，要找前台要蚊香才能拿來，蚊香煙巨大，衹能在室外用。晚上睡覺一直在打蚊子沒法睡。
温泉內那麼多櫃子，一個乾淨毛巾都沒有，衹有更衣室才有浴巾，很無語…
另外買了238/位的喜來登晚餐自助，種類很少，位置都找了半天，稍微貴的衹有牛排和生魚片。但是八點三文魚都沒了…

我們訂的是小別墅環境還不錯，房間裏就有温泉池可以泡，我們去的比較早房間還沒有完全收拾好就看見阿姨在幫我們消毒温泉池洗的很乾凈。温泉區裏面還挺大的有很多温泉池，固定時間還有表演看。我們選在工作日去果然人比較少我們玩的也開心，酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，最後推薦一下早上和晚上的自助餐真的很好吃特別是芝士蛋糕，晚上的蝦吃一口就嚐出來了非常新鮮。
