老闆服務態度一級棒，非常熱情！這家民宿是周邊口碑最好的，強烈推薦來，距離天下第一灘之類的景點很近三公里差不多，電動車也很能跑的 坐墊可能不太舒服。房間舒適整潔，空調倍兒涼快

房間很乾凈，環境很幽靜，老闆服務很周到，價格實惠；去中國第一灘很方便，老闆還會低價（20元每天）出租電動車，方便出去遊玩，真的好貼心。物超所值，強烈推薦！

第一次去茂名出遊玩，老闆娘態度很好，這家旅店的人也特別熱情有廚房給我們做飯，玩累了都不想自己動手做飯了，老闆娘又推薦我們在哪個地方比較好吃的菜館。很滿意這次的旅程。

交通方便，周圍吃的地方很多，步行可達，住宿費用便宜，性價比高，服務態度也很好，就是電梯要走半層樓，有點不便。

非常乾淨的屋子，交通也很方便，配套一應俱全，有停車位。離海邊很近開車10分鐘，周圍也有大市場，吃飯購物方便。老闆一家都非常熱情，告訴我們哪裡好玩哪裡有海鮮，天天可以吃到最新鮮的海鮮，超級棒的海灘➕海鮮旅行體驗，還有暖心的房東一家人！
