地理位置就在茂名站北廣場附近，稍微遠一點，步行也就10分鐘，去茂名唯一的美食街也就20分鐘步行距離。。
房間還算乾淨，床上物品也蠻舒服的，浴巾蠻新，衹是房間面積很小，放張1.8米的床就沒地方了，商家標示有18-20平，是不可能的，最多10坪，衹比香港的6平方多出個乾濕分離的廁所。。
早餐特別糟糕，吃飽都有問題，而且都是冷的，但，就這個價位，不説了
前台辦理入住很隨意，連訂2晚卻衹給辦理1晚，第二天出門回來就進不去了，得跑下樓從新辦理，差勁

房間新 整體舒適乾淨 電視可用bilibili投屏 昨晚床單上發現毛髮一根，在枕頭下面 不是我的 可能是沒打掃乾淨。。時間太晚就沒換房了 希望打掃人員不要馬虎 外賣有機器人送 旁邊也有吃飯的地方
