有院內停車場，大約可停四五十輛車，這在山區縣城酒店十分難得，而且還有充電樁。酒店有兩棟樓，前面一棟叫格萊美大酒店，後面一棟叫格萊美輕奢精品酒店，辦理入住都在前樓。據説後面一棟要新一些。我訂的後面這棟，各方面都不錯，房間寬敞，設施齊備，有電梯，有空調，衞生間乾濕分區。早餐也不錯。如果要提意見，有3小點：①馬桶窩凼裏有積垢，建議用除垢劑除垢，讓窩凼的積水呈無色清水。②門口的腳踏墊易滑動易跘腳且比較臟，建議取掉。取掉腳踏墊，房間更整潔。③房間牆上張貼的總枱電話************和《服務指南》裏公佈的前台電話***********各不相同，相差一位數，且都打不通，都顯示“您撥打的號碼是空號，請核對後再撥”。建議不要提供空號電話。

晚上十點 十一點多入住 鋪好床了十二點多準備洗澡 然後一直放了十幾分鐘沒有熱水 打前台電話問 後面上來一個阿姨説入住的人太多了 同時用水導致 我説：既然設計這麼多個房間 相應的配套設施不應該跟上嗎？？不斷給前台打了三四個電話怎麼解決 後來前台説是熱水用完了，稱沒有客户反映他們是不知道熱水用完了，試問等客户反映沒有熱水時不是太遲了？補救都沒法補救，我就説怎麼解決？開始先説讓我們退房……那時候已經十二點多了，合適嗎？我們還去公安局開了個住房證明（沒帶證件），後面就説找另外一棟空個房間讓我們過去A棟洗澡……等着等着熱水又來了，但是不夠熱，衹是温熱，洗完出來冷死了，等退房的時候還房卡要等她掃碼退我按金，等了十幾分鍾前台都沒人……總之很避雷這家酒店！！！！！
