The hotel we stayed in on this trip was amazing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast, the breakfast was rich, the hotel was in a great location, convenient for travel and parking, I will stay here again next time I come here!

I had a great night at the Riviera Hotel. The hotel environment is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good rest. The service attitude of the hotel staff was also very good. They were friendly, patient, and tried their best to meet my needs. The check-out time was delayed to 2 o'clock. Thumbs up to them!

The hotel is located next to the main road in Manzhouli, close to Wanda Plaza, making life convenient. The parking lot is wide, there are enough parking spaces, and parking is convenient. What is a bit awkward is the sign "Free parking, vehicle damage is at your own risk". I wonder if it is a warning from the store. The hotel is 2 or 3 kilometers away from Zhongsu Jin Street and Matryoshka Square, not too close or too far. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful and attentive, and took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the second floor. In addition, it is recommended that the front desk improve their understanding of tourism information. Information such as the free tourist bus that can go to Matryoshka Square should be known. Otherwise, the only option is to inform the guests to walk there.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in in Hulunbuir, worse than any house in Mukoleng. First of all, the good thing is the service, I must affirm this However, the environment is really bad. I chose it because it said on Ctrip that it would open in 2024. It cost more than 800 yuan and almost 900 yuan. I thought it should be okay. As a result, I felt something was wrong from the moment I entered. I was really shocked until I entered the room. The house was really very old. It is no exaggeration to say that the rooms were at least 5 years old. You can just live here, and you will be silent for a while. Apart from anything else, if you look at the actual pictures, the mirror frame in the bathroom is in bad shape. The lights in the house were very dim at night, and the sheets and quilts were yellowish. You can imagine whether it will be newly opened in 2024. Don't ask me why I didn't check out. First of all, it was too late. I had been traveling all day and had children. I had to reason with them when I checked out. I was worried that I would get angry. The other one is that I was already very tired and didn’t want to bother with it any more, so I just endured it. I evaluate it very seriously and really want to give you a reference. I don’t want anyone to be deceived again. I am writing about Home Inn. I really don’t know if it has anything to do with Home Inn. I just find it troublesome, otherwise I would have complained 12315 to deceive consumers. If the store sees it, please don't contact me. Even if you refund the price, I won't modify the review. You guys are really going too far. Why can't we operate with integrity? Doesn’t your conscience hurt when you have to live with more than 800 people? Even if it costs more than 800, we don't say how nice it is, but at least it won't be like this. What's the difference between this kind of house and that kind of guest house?

酒店對面是萬達廣場，距離套娃、國門景區車程幾公里，很方便。酒店房間大，設施新，早餐吃飽沒問題，炒菜、水果、主食、牛奶等品種還行。 不足在淋浴間設計，衞生間很大，乾濕分離，但淋浴區域太小了，要是一個大胖子洗澡都轉不開身，需要改善。早餐沒有麪條餛燉。

總體還行，床褥毛巾都很乾凈！就是打掃得不太仔細！早餐我自己感覺不錯，雖然款式不多，但不是預製菜！比很多品牌酒店好多了！停車方便，門口和萬達廣場都很多車位！唯一要説的就是對面的酒吧太吵了，而且門口的俄羅斯孩子根本不用睡覺的，起碼到凌晨一點才沒聲音！
