The hotel is in the city center, the facilities are relatively old, the hygiene of the bathroom and shower room is very poor, the floor drain is seriously blocked by hair, and cannot be used normally. The bathroom door frames fell off, and it was difficult to open the door. Bedding is clean. Front desk service is good.

衞生：很乾凈環境：訂的不臨街的房間晚上睡覺很安靜服務：前台小姐姐特好臨走還送了一個大列巴麪包好吃的嘞，入住之前諮詢寵物友好地理位置也好步行去逛街，去國門和很多俄餐廳盧布裏俄餐廳都很近，去北湖公園5分鐘步行就到。

賓館位置很好，五道口主街，正對湖景，走路到湖邊喝咖啡方便，附近吃的也多。房間夠寬敞，也安靜，空調效率不錯。浴室的花灑出水簡直太猛了，打到皮膚髮疼的水平（不是批評，是特別喜歡，對着腿和腳底沖就跟按摩一樣哈哈）。前台服務恰到好處的熱情和有分寸，提供了很多有用的資訊，感謝🙏🏻

空調有問題，打開之後有拖拉機一樣的聲音，非常的吵，不開的話，晚上還是有點熱，衹能在被吵死和被熱死中選擇一項，最後開着空調帶着耳塞睡的。花灑也有問題，衹能噴霧不噴水。不知道是衹有我們房間這樣還是所有都這樣？設施簡直太差了。客觀來講位置還算不錯，不過也臨街，還好不算吵。房間裏還發現幾衹蟲子，酒店沒有專屬車位，衹能在樓下街邊找，算是本次行程中最差的酒店了
