衞生很差，窗台全都是灰塵，蜘蛛網，衞生間臭氣沖天，早餐更別提了，哪有四星級，招待所都不如。稀飯饅頭，鹹菜，實在找不到第二家這麼差的。玻璃裂縫，床頭沒有床頭燈，最基本的都沒有達標，不知道四星是怎麼評出來的

會館身處園林之中佔地面積超大夠氣派，雖離主城區稍偏些但出行還算方便，會館員工服務周到敬業，特別值得表揚一下二號館門口保安師傅，主動熱心幫助搬運行李。滿洲里的燈光秀名不虛傳，印證了那句傳言，上有天堂下有蘇杭美不過滿洲里燈火輝煌。
