這家號稱4星級酒店的會館給我們帶來很糟心的入住體驗，大家自己看圖吧，這樣簡陋破舊的設施還可以自稱4星？招待所級別吧，床頭沒有插座，沒有枱燈，沒有開關，關燈要走去門口。前台接待人員冷冰冰，全程沒有一絲笑容，772元一個晚上，這樣的設施和服務，早餐更加慘不忍睹。大家千萬別住這！攜程對4星酒店的評定是不是有什麼誤會呀，不能這樣誤導客人的。1分是最低評分，要是有負分我會給出這家酒店的。太差太差太差了！

一流環境，二流服務，不入流流管理！
攜程定的三床家庭房，預付房款。結果到了被告知沒有預訂，出示了我的攜程訂單後，查詢半天發現是他們手動轉他們系統訂單時漏了。。。對，就是還需要手動，完全沒有自動對接訂單的系統。前台態度還是挺好的，但是給的各種方案不令人滿意。。。換大床房，換兩個標準間，這都不是帶孩子能接受的。最後拖了二十分鐘，各種請示領導，説給我們升級到套房，然後加床。這個方案我們同意後，好笑的來了，特意告訴我們，套房在一號樓，一號樓有領導，讓我們安靜些，別打擾領導休息！what？？？什麼年代了？？？還在這官本位思維呢？花錢的顧客還得照顧“父母官”們？況且，我們還沒住呢，孩子也有禮有節的，你怎麼就判斷會打擾別人？？？這禮貌嗎？？對於服務業來説，非常失禮！
第二天早飯，更離譜的來了，在面積不大的封閉的餐廳內，牆上貼着“禁止吸煙”的牌子，一桌人男士公然集體吸煙，咱也不知道是住客還是“領導”，飯後似神仙的高談闊論，不管餐廳內很多孩子們。跟服務員友好反應了一下後，服務員表示，這裏可以吸煙，告訴我們説“你看，桌上還有煙灰缸呢…”，那請問牆上的“禁止吸煙”是什麼意思？是我看不懂中文？惹不起“領導”，我們走。最後跟大堂經理反應了一下餐廳吸煙的情況，想探討下中文的哲學。經理説，確實是不允許吸煙，但是我們管不了，得你們自己去制止！噢，好像懂了，連上了，有“領導”，這滿洲里大城市，最大可是縣處級呢，嚇死我們了，快跑吧！再也不敢來了！

酒店為花園式酒店，綠化園藝精美，環境幽雅；房間寬大寬敞，衞生整潔；服務熱情，為我升級豪華行政套房。唯一遺憾的就是那天氣温較高，酒店中央空調在維護，故房間上半夜感覺有點熱。

衞生很差，窗台全都是灰塵，蜘蛛網，衞生間臭氣沖天，早餐更別提了，哪有四星級，招待所都不如。稀飯饅頭，鹹菜，實在找不到第二家這麼差的。玻璃裂縫，床頭沒有床頭燈，最基本的都沒有達標，不知道四星是怎麼評出來的

步行穿過會館外面的大花園就可以看到一片超級熱鬧的燒烤大排檔，這裏比中蘇街那邊更實惠。酒店環境清幽，睡眠質量很好，設施現代化程度較差。酒店工作人員的服務意識欠佳，對待領導的諂媚和對普通客人的輕視，兩副面孔實在令人咋舌。

太喜歡這裏了，不僅僅是酒店內的環境很好，空間很大，衞生間是乾濕分離，舒適度很好。
酒店外的環境也特別好，有噴泉，猛獁象等等，好多建築，拍出來都是大片的感覺。
早餐每天都不太一樣，很好看，味道不錯！

會館身處園林之中佔地面積超大夠氣派，雖離主城區稍偏些但出行還算方便，會館員工服務周到敬業，特別值得表揚一下二號館門口保安師傅，主動熱心幫助搬運行李。滿洲里的燈光秀名不虛傳，印證了那句傳言，上有天堂下有蘇杭美不過滿洲里燈火輝煌。
