家人此行最滿意的酒店，乾淨、整潔、商務、便捷，前台老闆娘很美麗，主要酒店地理位置是真的好，就位於中蘇金街的路口，這是晚上11點滿洲里的夜生活，太嗨了，抬頭就是金髮碧眼的俄羅斯人，買東西很方便，樓下好幾個山姆、大山、萬俄優選，俄羅斯的東西是真便宜，臨走酒店還送了我們伴手禮，非常喜歡，非常滿意！

就是我此次內蒙古行最後住的一家酒店，也是我最滿意的一家酒店。
環境：地理位置靠近市中心，離滿洲里套娃景區也非常的近出行非常方便，周圍也有很多吃的喝的，還有買各種伴手禮的地方。
衞生：整體設施都比較新，比較全衞生狀況也非常好。
服務：但讓我最滿意的，是他們家的服務，我們到達酒店的時候店員王冰小姑娘接待了我們。我們一共有兩個家庭，分別預訂了他們家的親子房。到達酒店后王冰告訴我們，因為當天下雨，外加靠近熱鬧的街道，所以可能房間會比較吵，她另外開了兩間其他的房間給我們睡覺休息，而親子房繼續讓我們使用。雖然最後小朋友**，我喜歡親子房選擇睡在了哪裡，但是這個服務，讓我們兩個家庭都倍感温馨。
當天晚上王冰還幫我們預留了停車位，待我們遊玩回來之後方便停車。臨走前還贈送了，小禮物給我們！最後，我們有東西留在了房間沒拿，聯繫到了之後也馬上給我們快遞郵寄回來。這些貼心的服務，讓我們對這家酒店留下了非常好的印象。
相信以後身邊的人再去滿洲里，我會推薦這家酒店給他們。

設施：都蠻新的，親子房裝修的也蠻好，沒有照片
衞生：房間衞生也很乾凈
環境：酒店在中蘇金街街口，周邊非常熱鬧。吃的玩的買的都有～
服務：非常好！服務如果有10顆星我都要打11顆！特別是酒店服務王冰，人美心善細心體貼。擔心親子房臨街影響我們睡眠可我們開了備用房，我們出去吃飯還特意幫我們留了車位。下雨了還帶了傘給我們。臨走還送了紀念幣～ 感謝王冰美女小姐姐。
整體來説，澳龍酒店在酒店環境衞生設施地理位置以及小姐姐的超棒服務來説，非常值得推薦。好評推薦！感謝王冰小姐姐服務給美麗的草原旅行畫上圓滿的句號❤️

這次我是帶媽媽出來玩，訂的賓館住的很滿意，剛到酒店辦理入住就很是舒服，前台美女很熱情，給我免費升級房型，特別細心，房間衞生很乾凈，全智能調節很方便，吃早餐時還特地給長者家加雞蛋，看見外面下雨主動為我們拿雨傘，房間礦泉水都不限量免費喝，退房時美女經理還送給我媽媽當地小禮品，很好的入住體驗，真心推薦

特別滿意。地理位置特別好，走廊是單面客房，單面大窗户，進去後很舒服。吃喝玩都方便，下樓就是了。衞生很好，智能馬桶，乾濕分離。備品全，水給的足，基本不用買了。服務態度也很好。我們離開滿洲里的火車比較晚，免費給我們做了很長時間的延退，解決了很大的問題。走的時候才發現，這個位置是可以步行到火車站的，太方便了。下次來，還住這裏。有個冷鮮小冰箱，給力！

酒店服務態度好，房間設施舒適，房間和網上圖片一樣，前台經理和專員態度親和，智能坐便，洗澡花灑和電吹風質量不錯。因為我們從草原回來，洗衣房特別有用。房間乾濕分離，體驗感很棒。
