五星了 新裝修的 富麗堂皇 據説6月26日開業 房間還有些味道 到滿洲里第一晚住的這裏 睡的還蠻好的 其他反正五星的 價格在那 不會太差 瓶裝水蠻好喝的 當天沒出去覓食 在套娃中餐廳解決的 買了個套餐 味道還不錯 隔壁遊樂園住酒店免費玩 不限次數進出 一般般 就個大馬戲算是值得看 單獨買票的話感覺有點坑 住酒店優惠價 188一個人 裏面不大 但交通工具 觀光車20一趟 50不限次數 掃碼60半小時 我們不熟悉路線 繞了很多路 其實就是前後門的關係 正門出和酒店 很近很近 這錢感覺真沒必要浪費的

主題酒店本身是參觀景點，雖然對於套娃沒有特別喜歡，也算是比較有特點。整體設計、內飾富麗堂皇，甚至有一些浮誇。房間很寬敞，設施齊全。衞生打掃細節還能再仔細一些，另外酒店和景區之間過多無效繞行，體驗不太好，有些過度商業化。

必須給五星！這趟住得太值了，房間裏乾淨又舒服，床睡得超香，每天暴走回來躺上去簡直是治癒，衞生間也收拾得利落，用着舒心。服務也很到位，前台辦理手續快，有啥疑問都耐心解答，細節處讓人覺得很暖。早餐種類挺豐富，熱乎的麪食、新鮮的水果都有，吃飽喝足剛好開啟一天的行程。總之這趟入住體驗滿分。

新開味道大，前台沒有笑臉沒有服務意識，説好的7-10點早餐，結果我9:40去吃餐廳就收拾了，還説9:30結束，可以理解新開，但是在早餐上你們要達成一致，説好時間，不要你説你的我做我的。總之作為5星酒店，路遙遙。

第一次主動想寫一下評價，因為對他們的服務確實很滿意。
1、環境：新裝修，風格華麗精緻，無論公區還是房間都有點應接不暇的感覺，衞生間的套娃牆面還是瓷磚的，整個風格鮮明。
2、氣味：來之前最擔心的問題，新裝修不可能完全沒氣味，自己準備了除醛物品，但是房間開窗風很大，通風效果很好，對於對氣味比較敏感的人來説，是有點淡淡的氣味，但不至於引起咳嗽等不適反應，家人也都未感覺不適，整體滿意。
3、服務：這個是感受最深的，雖然過程中房間出了點小問題，但是客房部李經理積極協調解決，感覺得出是站在讓住户滿意的角度在努力溝通解決，這也是讓我主動想寫評價的原因，雖然沒告訴她會寫評價，但確實想找個地方表揚一下。
當然新酒店還是多少有些小問題，比如新客入住辦理目前有點混亂，效率較低，估計是入住率一下激增，還沒反應過來，希望能提前規劃流程，以後越老越好。
總之，瑕不掩瑜，重視服務的酒店我相信一定會越來越好！

酒店很有特色，孩子很開心説住在了王宮裡，來滿洲里還是要來套娃酒店體驗一下。房間非常大，樓層挑高也很高，房間內設施非常智能，可以看得出酒店的設計是非常到位的。好的酒店還需要好的管理，建議加強餐廳區域衞生，以及優化早餐用餐，幾百人聚集在同時間段用餐，菜品再豐富也不太有食慾，而且食物浪費也比較嚴重。

房間跟訂單圖片不一樣，不過也挺漂亮，但是還是有幾點問題
1.外線撥打前台電話總是接不通，聯繫酒店溝通事情太不方便；
2.65-75平的雙房房間，衹馬桶旁邊和客廳書桌有垃圾桶，其他地方沒有，特別是洗漱間，扔垃圾特別不方便；
3.房間裏傢俱氣味特別重，待久了感覺嗆眼睛，希望酒店多通風或者通過擺綠植凈化吸收一下，不然就是太難受了

裝修味道超濃 不建議入住！！！真的是無力吐槽了，反正我是不會推薦身邊的朋友來入住的。
衞生：仔細看窗台，很臟很臟，房間還有很多細節，也都不乾淨。
設施：這個衞生間的浴缸，小孩在裏面洗澡，上面洗，下面漏，一地的水，我也不知道為啥，如果是個裝飾品，不能用，就請掛個牌子上去。
環境：房間味道超級大，晚上都是開窗睡的，結果早上好早，外面就開的施工，還有挖掘機在挖東西，挖掘機走了就施工人員開始了，好崩潰～沒休息好。
服務：辦理入住的時候也沒人告訴我早餐幾點，第二天去晚了，就沒有了…整個酒店像個景點，好多的遊客，一樓有拍照的、打卡的、逛街的，太複雜了。

為了套娃景區選的酒店，結果被整體體驗圈粉！房間像小型歐洲宮殿，智能馬桶+歐式浴缸，細節滿分。每天客房清掃連化粧品都幫我擺整齊！服務生主動提行李、送礦泉水。停車免費超省心，早餐吃到撐！大馬戲的動物互動和冰舞秀的燈光特效，孩子回來唸叨了一週！
