I paid for an ocean view room and I got the back of the hotel. Can’t connect to WiFi and non staff can help , say connection is bad. I asked for help only front desk can assist and lines are long and only one person is at the desk. Not what I expected for my girdt time using ******* .

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and a location that cant be beat --right on the beach. Service was lacking and the food was not great. Go out to eat as much as you can.

The reason I gave the 3 stars was in the way the staff was unable to solve or escalate our needs. I reserved a room with 2 beds and ocean view, upon my arrival I got a room with a king size bed. Beautiful view, but 1 bed. It took them over an hour to give me a room with 2 beds whenIhad made my reservationfora room with two beds. Once I got the new room we were not pleased with the view. It was a partial view. Once I told them about the view they made us wait until the next day after 3 pm to give us the new room. Another complain is the internet, we couldn't get a good signal and the T.V. never worked. Didn't have service our whole stay. We kept calling the only reply was they're working on it. The keys to the room had to be reactivated every day and sometimes more than once. That was very inconvenient.
