We arrived at the facility on December 8, 2023, and were received very well by the receptionist Ange. The room was comfortable with a minibar but with many ants. There was nothing for snacks in the facility, only the Breakfast, Lunch and Lunch service. They did not have much variety on the menu and to make matters worse, the shrimp I ordered that day were nothing more than fried flour and super expensive.

I stayed there after the ugly disgusting food and no light, the service was the worst I've ever had in a hotel from the treatment to the food, I had never had such a traumatic experience like there, nor was hot water served either

The Guacanayabo Hotel tourist facility presented a varied gastronomic offer in the Snack Bar and Restaurant area. At night I was able to enjoy a show with top-level artists from the city of Manzanillo under the stars. The sale of dispensed beer and Cristal bottle all day. I loved the piña colodas from the bartender at Bar Carlos Puebla. I must highlight the friendliness of the group that attended us at all times and made us feel at home. I arrived at this Hotel which I had been to before and the Reception was good. The Room on the 1st floor was comfortable and spacious, ideal for children, the floor and the bedding were clean. In the pool area they sell beer and food that day, December 24, they sold us a bottle of cider, a bottle of rum, 2 apples and a bottle of water for Christmas Eve. In the restaurant the food was varied and had good taste and we ate roast pork as is traditional in Cuba. The service was fast without waiting and the food was hot above all. Breakfast was normal bread with Viking ham, cassava with mayonnaise and coffee. I would return to this place because of the friendliness and attention of the staff.
