It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises. Breakfast spread is good! Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.

Lynn Hotel by Horison is one of the best choices for you to stay in Yogyakarta. Not only are their facilities very good, but all of their staff have another level of hospitality. Starting from the GM, Mr Bambang Kusno, Mr. Adi, Mr. Eka, Chef Andri, Ms Monika and Ms Eva, all of them are very helpful and ready to help anytime. The room is very comfortable. The food is also delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel combines the modern ambiance and Javanese culture. This hotel often holds some cultural events involving all of their staff such as traditional dance, fashion show, costume party, etc.☺☺

Pros: Location, Facilities. Check-in was smooth. CONs: Once passed the check-in process, started with old corridor carpets with smell. Old & TORN wallpaper, furniture with ZERO maintenance. The worst part is the bathroom & toilet, full of stains and mold (disgusted). All need to be done is just change toilet bowl seats & scrub off the old silicon & replace with new but well.... ”ZERO maintenance” Shower gel & shampoo are not upto 4 stars standard as they claimed on AGODA (king of deceiving!)
