The deal with the manager was frustrating because of her bad disposition towards us. We asked the concierge and the maid that we did NOT want room service, well, they entered without our permission and STOLE 150 EUROS FROM MY WIFE'S WALLET. Located right near Piazza Sordello, there is the opportunity offered by this hotel, part of the Mategna Hotels chain: here, specifically, a satellite of the very central Gonzaga Hotel. The rooms are rather spartan but tidy and overall clean. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can only be enjoyed upon advance reservation. Since this is housed in a historic building, it still has architectural barriers and narrow spaces for any disabled people. Très bonne qualité-prix. Propre, confortable, bien tenu. Bon service, tous très gentils, près de toutes les attractions. On était deux couples et on l’a aimé beaucoup. Lits confortables, salle de bain petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Avevamo effettuato una prenotazione presso Residenza Accademia ma all'atto del check in siamo stati alloggiati presso Ca' Tazzoli. La posizione è eccellente. La camera era piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Materasso buono. Arredi non proprio all'ultimo grido ma funzionali. Accessibilità un po' complicata e disagevole a causa dell'ascensore molto piccolo e del vano scale tortuoso e molto stretto. Molto caldo durante la notte. Nota dolente il bagno: nonostante la pulizia fosse accettabile, erano presenti fughe delle piastrelle macchiate di nero nel box doccia, stand di appoggio della doccetta rotto (non si poteva orientare il getto) e bidet con evidente spaccatura. Wifi: in due non siamo riusciti a collegarci.

Fuga del weekend a Mantova. Stanza piccola ma funzionale, dotata di tutto quello che serve. Il grande problema della struttura è il personale: freddo ai limiti dello spocchioso, ho ricevuto una risposta stizzita ad ogni domanda che ho fatto. Mai un sorriso, davvero un peccato. Buona la colazione ma imbevibili i succhi.
