Magnificent location inside an old renovated palace. Good service at the reception. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Excellent view of Piazza Sordello from some rooms (windows, not balconies). Very uncomfortable for parking (they have no parking) if you have a lot of luggage. Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. I found a large cockroach in the bathroom.

We made a late booking at around 7pm and were delighted with the friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable once the AC cooled it down. Comfy firm bed. The shower had great pressure and the whole shower and toilet area was also very clean. And great breakfast in the morning.

We stopped over for one night only while driving back from Pisa to Milan, willing to give a quick glimpse to the beatiful Mantua. Despite being a last minute booking, the reception staff (Matilde) was exceptionally helpful, providing us with a great room and helping us a lot with the parking. If you fancy looking for a great value-for-money Hotel in a premium location in the heart of Mantua, this is definitely the place to be.

We stayed 3 nights in room 145 with unbelievable panoramic view of Piazza Sordello.Spacious room with comfortable bed, good storage space & good bathroom. Had air conditioning but also a large windows with insect screen that we could open to enjoy fresh air & noises from Piazza.Helpful English speaking staff.Recommend thus hotel if you want to immerse yourself in this glorious Medieval/ Renaissance town.

Piccolo hotel nel cuore di Mantova, affacciato su Piazza Sordello, che può essere ammirata tranquillamente anche dalla finestra della camera. IL personale è molto gentile e disponibile, mentre la colazione è a pagamento. La struttura si trova all'interno della ZTL, ma non è un problema, infatti anche se si passa sotto le telecamere, alla reception è possibile acquistare un ticket retroattivo che permette di sia viaggiare per 24 h dentro la ZTL che di posteggiare o sui posti bianchi (3€) o su quelli bianchi e blu (5€). Nei corridoi c'era un pò di cattivo odore, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Altrimenti, se non si vuole entrare nella ZTL, a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un grosso parcheggio a pagamento (6€).

Già molto chiari a livello di comunicazione una volta prenotato, molte le informazioni fornite. Nulla da eccepire sulla camera economy, pulita non manca nulla. È la posizione il vero plus di questa struttura una volta usciti dalla hall sei nel centro piu centro. Tornassi indietro l’unica cosa che non ripeterei sarebbe la colazione a mio dire da implementare un pochino

Situato in una posizione straordinaria, vicino a musei e principali monumenti. Pochi minuti a piedi anche dalla stazione ferroviaria. Personale competente, gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Stanze semplici ma pulitissime e confortevoli

Ottimi servizi, pulizia e gentilezza. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e variegata. La camera molto comoda e confortevole , pulitissima e con una vista su Piazza Sordello meravigliosa. Lo consiglio vivamente.
