The staff was super helpful, theroom nice, the hotel has a strategic location near the station. The bathroom was a bit small but we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and had much choice. The bed was comfortable. I would come back for great receptionist that helped us!

The hotel is located just across the train station, about 10 min walk to the center and 15 min walk to the famous Palazzo Te. I see the hotel rooms have been renovated compare to the pictures posted below. The floor of the room was not clean. I notices hairs and removed them myself, but while walking bare feet, I noticed my feet got very dirty. I asked the reception somebody to clean the floor on the following day. The next day we were out until after midday. When we arrived back at the hotel, tired after a long walk, the room still was not clean and the option was for us either to go out again or to let the cleaners do their job while we were trying to rest. We didn't like either of these options, so the cleaning was postponed again. We had breakfast outside. There are bars, bakery and coffeeshops near, as well as a bus stop. Beds are comfortable, the air condition is really quiet. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Mantua.

This was a lovely surprise. Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely, well looked after Hotel, doesn't look like much from the front entrance but wow, when you get around to the rooms. Lovely and clean. Some rooms are in the old original style, which we liked. The bed was very comfy, good shower, pillows were good, we slept well. Quiet, even though it's right across the road from the train station. We would stay here again.

Hotel opposite the station, close to the center which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Fairly large room equipped with the main services. Good dinner and breakfast with various products to choose from in the large lounge. Friendly and helpful staff.

so we went on holiday with the class, just one night. let's start from the assumption that they checked in at 6.45pm, almost an hour late from the scheduled time. once we got into the room we noticed the iron on our window curtain was broken and was unsafe. the dinner was small for an average person and they didn't give an encore unless requested continuously, furthermore the pasta was overcooked and the second course of meat was tasteless, the bread that was served to us was either the toast bread or it wasn't given. the only positive factor we found, the reason for the two stars, were the comfortable beds.

We spent 2 nights in this lovely hotel, right in front of the station. Don't be fooled, you can't hear any noise from the rooms, on the contrary! The structure is very particular, clean, quiet, with one exit on the station side and the other a few steps from the historic center. Many rooms overlook small, truly original internal courtyards. The breakfast is rich and varied, for all tastes. Very attractive value for money. Vote? 5/5!

I went on a school trip with my classmates and out of 60 kids, 59 objected to something. poor hygiene, my partner and I found fur and hair in the shower, other friends in the bed and yet another even had yellow stains in the sheet. quite bad food, especially not very rich, for breakfast there was neither nesquick nor cocoa. during the night there were constant, sexual noises and footsteps, until they exaggerated and even started knocking on the doors of all of us kids, scaring even the teachers. If you have to stay in Mantua I do not recommend this hotel.

Structure dated and too minimal. I was saddened by the room, in which I found a shelf with hangers, instead of a wardrobe. The area is too busy and noisy. Strong points: 1) the really varied and plentiful breakfast 2) the second entrance which leads onto a street that leads directly to the center 3) internal parking, quite expensive and with narrow access
