We booked the Pasta Masterclass with the amazing Dionisos Karellas, he is also the general manager of the farm. The booking process was very easy and user friendly by phone and mail. The quick tour around the organic farm is very nice (especially if you are city folks...🙃) We had 2-3 hours of fun and quality time with the kids (age 9 and 14). The Pasta making was so much fun - the kids loved it ! At the end we dined over our own making - it was exquisite. The farm and all of its facilities are new and beautifully designed. It seems they thought of every little detail... Dionisos guides the Pasta class with grate passion, a lot of knowledge, patience and humor. The farms guest house also seems very inviting. Unfortunately we did not spend the night. We strongly recommend the experience and wish a lot of success to Dionisos and his project.
