Casa De Pearl -A Pirate's Cove Retreat OBX

Pros: *Location was very convenient and located near everything. *The full kitchen was very nice when we didn't want to go out into town to eat. *Was very nice to walk around. *Liked having the pool right nearby us for when we wasn't able to make it to the beach due to the riptides. *Loved having the balcony *Condo was a nice size *Liked having the TVs in both the master bedroom and the living room. *Washer and dryer was very convenient Cons: *When we arrived the screen door to the balcony was busted up, and just sitting in the condo next to the couch. While we was able to put it back on, it came off again a couple days before we left. We figured at that point we may as well not bother/mess with it. *The top of the ottoman set near the couch was busted where the top wouldn't properly sit on top. *The shower head worked but had a visible crack/leak around the handle that held it. *The Jacuzzi at the pool was busted the whole time we was there. Husband was very bummed since that was one of the things he was looking forward to with this location. *Went to grab spoons from the drawer first day, and a few were all crusty and gross. *Bottom of the microwave handle was coming off, so had to grab from the top to use it. *Felt like the smart AC had times it didn't really wanna run, and it got very warm in the living room area a few times (ended up having the balcony door open to let the breeze in) Overall we still enjoyed ourselves, but was a smidge disappointed for the price.

Comfortable bed I often have difficulty sleeping due to uncomfortable beds. This property is the exception to that rule. very comfortable and very tidy overall.

Nice quiet stay Property was as described. Perfect for just 2. Will likely return to pirates cove

Pool was great - restaurant was close and food good. Condo clean. Down side - no elevator.
