The exceptional and personal customer service started during the booking process for this property. They answered all my questions thoroughly, quickly and went out of their way to accommodate a very specific request I had when they could have easily said no. Upon arrival, the property was smaller than expected (in a good way), there are only 5 rooms so the average number of guests can range from about 12-14. Despite being very small and intimate, there was not a single detail that was not considered. With their own dining service and spa area, we never had to go to one of their other properties for anything. The highlight was definitely Helmut and Elisabeth who were our concierges for our stay. They were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They clearly loved their work and always showed up with positivity and a smile. Other highlights were the spa area which is only for Chalet guests so it never felt busy or crowded. Most of the time, we were the only people there. The food was excellent and they accommodated our requests. The only regret was we were not able to take advantage of the afternoon snack more because we were usually out. We would happily return to the Purmontes Chalet again to explore the region.

With regret in heart, we left Purmontes after 3 days. Everything was simply sublime. Our room really had everything, from private pool to double whirlpool bath, great mattresses.... The food was also excellent with breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. On top of all this luxury, the friendliness of everyone was the icing on the cake!

The Purmontes chalets offer an exclusive and first-class experience, the suites are spacious, beautiful and each equipped with a private panoramic hot pool and an indoor hot tub; relaxation is guaranteed. Unfortunately we also had a problem with odors not only external but also internal (I don't know what detergents they used to clean but the result on an olfactory level was decidedly unpleasant). Upon arrival they offered us a very classy aperitif, the rest of the breakfasts and dinners although excellent, were not up to the same level, meats aside truly exquisite. Small spa area but in fact for private use. Massage not exciting, expectations were better. High price even in low season. Personalized and always present service. Valid for the exclusivity, the private heated pool and the room.

Fabulous! This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There is nothing to complain about. The infrastructure and service are perfect. The staff is really attentive and professional. A pure moment of pleasure. A wonderful holiday in an idyllic and warm setting. A breakfast and dinner at the top of the top! This was our third time at Purmontes. The rooms are fantastic and big enough for families. The pool on the terrace gives you the opportunity to go swimming whenever you want. The wellness area is very nice and you can find wonderful peace here. The service at Purmontes is unbeatable. Helmut, Elisabeth and everyone else make every wish possible. The food is fantastic. To get to the cable cars for Kronplatz, Ewald and his team are ready with their own shuttles. You just have to say when you want to leave and a driver will be waiting in the courtyard at the agreed time. Our next holiday at Purmontes is already booked.

We escaped the Basel carnival for a few days in South Tyrol - and couldn't have chosen a better place! Privacy, space, friendly staff and good food are the most important things we expect from a holiday accommodation. The Purmontes fulfills all of these expectations to perfection! Our suite was very spacious and at the same time had a lot of privacy. Swimming at any time of day or night in the 36 degree warm private pool - a wonderful pleasure! We were absolutely delighted with the cuisine: the quality and presentation of the food is worthy of a star! Last but not least: a very big thank you to the hotel staff for their warm friendliness! Points of criticism? The only thing we have is the choice of music during dinner (including "Traumschiff")...

You don't often come across such a luxuriously furnished chalet suite, which has everything your heart desires, or a hotel with so few rooms where your every wish is anticipated. Excellent food and a pure wellness program round off the perfect weekend getaway. The Sensory Sky Shower, the highlight of our room, was a unique experience! The pool and the whirlpool are simply perfect, so you really use them a lot and enjoy them. The Loft Spa is small but nice, we were completely alone every time, really fantastic. The stable is beautiful, the area for walking with the dog is also really great. In the hotel lounge there is also a pool table and high-quality classic board games to pass the time. Holidays with dogs cost a little more, but Purmontes is really super dog-friendly! A bowl and high-quality dog bed are provided and dogs can come everywhere if they want. If there is one negative point to mention, it is that the massage unfortunately ended a little early - instead of the 50 minutes paid for, it lasted almost 40, which was a shame. Otherwise a truly dream holiday, we will definitely come back!

We stayed at the private luxury chalet Purmontes for the second time and were just as impressed as the first time.
