The environment is average. The layout of the rooms is like a university dormitory. It is very dense. There are no windows for ventilation in the basic rooms, and there is no ventilation fan. There are very few buffet items. 5. Ctrip's customer service is very good, and they have been helping to coordinate the pick-up. The hotel front desk and restaurant waiters are also good.
