Great location! Located directly on the Murray Rivers do step. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Very cute looking park with the river red gums scattered through it. The cabin was clean and tidy, and contained everything we needed.

One of the best locations for a caravan park in SA. Facilities are OK, no real issues. Office staff are friendly and efficient. The galahs with do your head in but that’s part of being in the Riverland. Unfortunately, as I fell ill and was advised by doctors in Mannum that I needed surgery in the very near future, I had to make the decision to leave two days early and head home. Sadly, BIG4 Mannum has the policy that if you do not give 48 hours notice, you do not get a refund. No exceptions. If only my medical condition had given me 48 hours notice. I don’t blame the office staff for this, but it’s a seriously unfair policy.

Great spot on the river. Enjoyed kayaking right from our powered site. Easy walk into town. Great food at the Pretoria Hotel. Neat park. Lots of birdlife on the Murray River. Friendly staff for check-in. Lots of new cabins in the park. Boat ramp available in the park.

Our second visit to the park, we had a river front powered site, what a view!!! Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Mannum main street is a short walk and Monarto Safari Park is also a short drive away. The new cabins also look amazing if you dont have a van.

We booked a waterview site for our caravan for 2 nights in April 2024. Park is well set up, with clean amenities. We loved our site, right on the water, very peaceful. Park is located right on the edge of town, very close to where the ferries cross the Murray. Would definitely stay again - loved our time here. Mannum is a beautiful, friendly town.

Great size caravan sites with good matting. Power and water are close at hand. 5-minute walk to pubs, clubs and cafes. Great location in a great park, friendly staff and easy access to all sites. Great camp kitchen and BBQ facilities. So many cabins now you will be spoilt for choice.

One of the nicest caravan parks I have ever stayed (and I've stayed at many). The amenities are probably my number one priority when I stay and here they were outstanding. Not only very, very well designed shower stalls with generous bench seats at dressing areas but probably the most clean I have ever seen. Attention to detail is wonderful with strategic hooks placed in vanity area. The site was fabulous with water view on two fronts. Staff were amazing, helpful above and beyond.

Very disappointed and very expensive after a credit which was honoured was not honoured by the staff on arrival making me pay twice for the site....will not be coming back as staff were very obnoxious and unhelpful ....have a disabled son and a weekend away was what we needed ....not a stressful weekend as the staff made it!!!
