Location Beach and van sites are great, the pool is lovely, but we stayed in a cabin and it was very average. Unfortunately the cabin was a big disappointment. Only a doubled bed for 2 afukts,.our feet hung over the edge of the bed. Some cabins look very dirty and falling apart. Very old and in need of alot of attention. Wifi is not very good.

Have been going to Manning point for over ten years. , great place to have a quite week away , school holidays can get busy . Amenities are aged but clean , new managers of the park are trying to bring the place back up to speed and that will make a big difference

A truly beautiful place with exceptional staff and management. The kindest and most caring office staff ever! The bowls club is excellent! What an amazing area! We will be back! Cant wait to tell our friends about our amazing experience! Thank you

Staff very friendly and helpful Cabins very clean and well equipped Pool and pool area clean and tidy very inviting. Amenities clean. New management doing a great job and can't wait to go back at Christmas time. Well done Taylor and Kye see you again soon.

Tidy, friendly and great for kids, camp sites are huge.... Clean ammenities, pool is resort standard...no fires allowed.. only gripe would be that the website for gateway lifestyle is not current and still under construction which made it confusing to research.. googles east ocean shores (previous name) instead..

Such a family friendly place to stay with everything you need close to amenities and camp kitchen, 2 pools, games room for kids just a short walk to the beach. I've visited Big 4 Manning Point many times over the years but the new owners should be happy that the park is at a very high standard.

This is our 2nd visit to Big 4 Manning River in as many years. The first thing we noticed was that the park had new management and they were very helpful giving us information on the local area. Our cabin was neat and tidy upon arrival and contained everything we required for our stay. The park also looked great with plenty of new grass areas for our kids to play. The new management team have done a great job revitalising the park. We will definitely be visiting again.
