In the center of Mannheim, you can find a public parking lot yourself. There is an underground parking lot about 300 meters away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the room is pretty clean.

It is a real shame to see that management hasn't taken people's reviews - written in July - on board to make the experience better for guests. July reviews referring to exactly what we have encountered Dec 2024: poor lighting, minimal replenishment of refreshments, no mineral water, no king size bed as booked, blackout curtains that don't cover the whole window, torn/loose/unfastened curtains, no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, a dirty kettle with a broken lid, a dented lamp shade, stickers used for room numbers. Just very cheap looking. You need to check the rooms and complete an inventory to get things replaced/fixed. Rooms are also not sound proof - at least our room wasn't, but was outlined in booking. It shows lack of care and neglect. Disappointed. Gentleman at the desk was polite however. Location is handy being close to the shopping district.

clean rooms, friendly staff, functionally furnished very central: only a few steps to the next station of the streetcar if you open the window you have the normal noises (loudly) in the city - you are at the most central point ;-) No air conditioning & no fridge, so I suggest booking this hotel in the cold season.
