The hotel did not allow to change the date of check-in. Terrible service and guest service management. Clearly the guest means nothing to this hotel group. Never going to book with Maritim again and will also not recommend them to anyone of our network. Short term money thinking = long term no guests anymore. Don't underestimate your guests power.

The landmark water tower is right outside the window. The facilities look historic but functional. The keys are very unique. There is a tram downstairs, one stop away from the train station, so transportation is very convenient. The hotel itself is as nice as a palace! ...

The old building is very beautiful and has historical significance. There is a large underground parking garage. It has been closed since October 15th, which is a pity. I don't know if it will be permanent. It is in the city center and very close to the iconic attractions.
