It was a really nice hotel, I had a very good stay and the hospitality was top notch

I used it for a business trip and it was fine and good. The location is good and the bus stop is nearby so it's convenient. However, the parking lot is paid, but the price is not very small, so it would be good to take this into consideration. thank you

A great accommodation experience. It is worth staying here. Parking is very convenient and easy to find. Everyone deserves to come here. I think it is a great experience. ********* people should come and experience it.

The location is very convenient. It is very convenient for eating and shopping nearby. It is also very close to the water tower. The room is large and the main mattress is hard, unlike other European hotels where the mattresses are very soft.

The service at reception during checkout left a lot to be desired. Otherwise OK. The location was great. The furnishings in the comfort room are outdated (for example, there was a very small and old TV). The bathroom and the bed were excellent.

Well-maintained hotel in the center of Mannheim, right next to the water tower. Rooms are a good size. Staff very friendly. Would happily return.

The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the mannheim railway station. If you have less luggage, you can walk directly there. If you have more luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi, because you have to cross a lot of roads. The hotel lobby is not big, the check in is very fast, the reception is very polite, the rooms are normally separated by German hotel equipment, and the breakfast choices are average. Overall, but not lost

Clean renovated rooms. The neighboring rooms were 2 families that felt it was ok to leave their trash outside their door, leave their doors open even when they were in their sleepwear. Getting an actual invoice only possible if you don't pay in advance since the Dorint reservation person said that ******* already sent me a receipt(but not invoice) Every other hotel with ******* gave me an invoice. So this week I did not pay and got an invoice. Annoying that Dorint has not figured a way to accommodate its repeat business clients.

All personnel are friendly and polite!

Really friendly staff, reception staff spoke both English and German (and probably many other languages). The room was spacious and £150 was a bargain.

Located in the city center, it is easy to access shopping and dining venues. Hotel and room were in good condition. We didn’t try the breakfast as many outside bakery shops offer a sandwich and coffee for a more lower price. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Everything was good. Great location. Clean. The only issue (with probably most hotels here) is that the double bed consists of two separate mattresses next to each other with two separate blankets. No queen/king size beds.

Great location downtown Manheim, nice cozy clean room with air-conditioning plus we were offered a fan. They allow pets which was great with plenty of places to go potty and the breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we’ve had. ask for an omelette and they will cook it for you perfectly
