The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, which is great for Mannheim. By car you have to use the hotel's own garage for 15 euros or use the underground car park at the main station. The hotel isn't the most elegant, but it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay right next to the train station. The rooms are OK, clean, but noisy (the windows seal well) and without air conditioning (it's hot in summer), the beds and mattresses are really good. The breakfast was completely sufficient. Hotel near the main train station, friendly welcome, remarkable cleanliness, large flat screen TV, with 1 channel in French.
The window curtains are really blackout for a total sleep.
