The location is not ideal, it is quite far, it takes 25 minutes to walk from the shopping center, and a taxi to the train station costs 11 euros.
It is also far away from the water tower, which is very close to the shopping mall.
The environmental sanitation is very good and the hotel is relatively new overall!
Breakfast is also good, very rich, with hot food, fruits are the best!

The location was actually pretty good for me. I missed a little enlightenment about what and how and where everything is in the hotel. I had to deal with it myself. Of course you can ask questions, but I think it should come from the hotel staff as a matter of course.

Very good location and very friendly service. Breakfast is great and the only drawback is the expensive parking, but it is easily accessible. Have stayed there several times and have always been satisfied. The junior suite is also very nice.

We were so impressed with this property! It was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day/night that we stayed. Hardly anything in Mannheim was open, but the girl at the front seat got us a reservation so we had a nice meal anyway! She was amazing and friendly. Our room was perfect. Plenty of space after 3 other hotels where we could barely move. We’d definitely recommend the NH and stay in them again!
