Just a one night stay. Friendly staff, neat and clean room. Breakfast included. Bed super comfy, great value for money. Just over the road from shopping centre, with a great little cafe. Motel has a restaurant for evening meals as well. Giant Ned Kelly statue if you are a fan.

Very clean nice quiet place comfortable bed owners very friendly nice free continental breakfast highly recommend this place close to shops and restaurants walking distance came back for another couple of nights nice bar service and room service

We spent a night here and were very impressed with the facilities and quality. The rooms are in the process of being upgraded, but were clean and tidy. The folks running the place were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, for which we received a free drink with our meal as a hotel guest. Both dinner and breakfast there were excellent. Would definitely return here.

Excellent for one night stay ,staff very friendly, continental breakfast included in the price ,bed big and comfy ,close to everything we nedded,room clean and tidy ,parking on front of the room ,will recommend highly!

During our south-west road trip we stayed here for one night to reconnect with Manjimup - a place I lived in briefly back in 1973!!! Although clearly an older motel, it has had some work done to upgrade rooms. We found our room to be more than fine - clean, nice fittings and fixtures, spacious. Plenty of parking available, with parking right outside our room. Our check in was quick and easy. This is in an excellent location; an easy walk into town for a shopping excursion or for dinner. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast with a large number of choices. We will be back - probably with extra family members - for the Australia Day long weekend.

Ideally located and a very good clean motel. Ideal place to base yourself. Receptionist very friendly and offers a good breakfast as part of the price. Rooms clean and very accessible. Lots of helpful items in the room. Restaurants close by to walk to including the lovely Tall Timbers. Recommend this motel to travellers.

Dining room good and breakfast really good.Room a bit dated and no kettle for morning cuppa.
Because of Cherry festival we paid was too much (170) which was disappointing.
A pool woukd be good.
It was ok but overpriced.

Great location, a short walk across the road to shops and a couple of restaurants.
Very clean and tidy, the included continental breakfast was good.
No bedside lamp at all in the room was my only real complaint.
