The staff was professional and friendly. The PT Barnum bedroom did not have a working hot tub. The New Years Party was OUTSTANDING AND FUN!

The front desk service of the hotel is first-class. The front desk, housekeeping and parking staff are polite and proactive in providing assistance. The interior of the room is very tidy. The hotel upgraded the QUEEN BED suite for us on this trip. We were overjoyed. We stayed for two nights in total Meals in the hotel, the food and service quality of the hotel restaurant at dinner time are very high, and the service and food selection at breakfast time are not so good, which makes the overall score drop slightly. Staying in this hotel with a history of more than 200 years made us stay in the National Day holiday of the United States leave good memories

Amazing property located just off the main ***** in old Manitou Springs. From the staff to the decor, I had the best experience here while on a two week trip to Colorado. If it’s available, stay in the Buffalo Bill suite. It’s the coolest themed room I’ve ever seen.

The property has a great location and is extremely walkable, right in the middle of town, but off the main drag, and very close to everything. It has easy and reasonably priced valet parking which is a plus in the touristy town where parking is sometimes a bit challenging. The hotel is comfortable with a nice staff. I would stay there again without hesitation.

We were expecting a room big enough for 2 of us to sit comfortly and were disappointed there was one decent chair. so live and learn at that price you don't get that.

Bar closed for renovations. Nearest elevator not working. None of 4 digital keys opened room. Had to obtain old fashioned key. Rooms are quite small.
Most staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel had character and the rooms were renovated and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Lots of interesting shops within a short walking distance. It was perfect for what we were looking for.
