Great pet-friendly motel
Great little pet-friendly motel, within walking distance to the main attractions. Great service too. It looks a little old on the outside, but the rooms feel new and modern.

The property was I'm good repair, and in a safe area. It sets slightly off a busy street, however, the traffic noise was minimal. The check-in clerk was friendly and the process easy.
My only complaint was the room wasn't quite a clean as I prefer.

Do not stay here make sure
Site showed up, checked in. They gave us a room to notify the front desk window. I knew that the stains on the comforter I will get you a new one even apologize about putting the nasty ass on the bed. AC unit 84 kind of remote it was bolted to the wall underneath the unit. Second stay. I would recommend spending a little bit more money and staying someplace else.

Affordable and comfortable
Nice place. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Location is good , near Garden of Gods , Manitou Springs town center is walking distance. Nice place to stay
