We have been going to Colorado Springs for years. This hotel has a GREAT location, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants & entertainment of Manitou Springs! There is a public transit bus stop, literally across the street, which is super convenient! We utilized the bus for the incline. The hotel itself is clean, has comfortable beds, is quiet and has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was open! Too cold for us, but others were enjoying it, and it would be a great place to spend some time in the warmer months! The front desk staff were very friendly. There is a light breakfast…nothing fancy, but it did its job! We will definitely return! Our stay was great!
