Location was good but little far from the key tourist places. Ola/Uber services were not available for this area. Having your own car will be good to commute for sight seeing. Open car parking with security was available. Room service was good. Provided additional bed for kids.

Room was clean and comfortable. Tv and ac was working. Locayion is good with nearby eateries. Tariff is rs 2414. 0 with taxes. Checked in at 10 pm hotel provides 24 hour check out time if booked directly through them. But i have to pay for rs 3000 instead of rs 2500 plus tax, for staying beyond 12 pm next day, since 12 noon is check out time if you book on makemytrip.

Hi, The check-in was really very fast and smooth. Even rooms were very clean and neat with a pleasant stay for families with kids & elderly people. But a suggestion was that they could have improve welcome guests and options in morning buffet. Location also good and safe.

The stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and hygienic and service was excellent. The hotel is located very conveniently near manipal university with a lot of places to visit nearby including restaurants and museums among others. Overall, a really good experience. Loved it.
