It is likely one of the better hotels in this area and carrying the brand of Radisson. Premise old but decently maintained.
Only dislike is that the towels are old and frilled.
Otherwise the hotel is acceptable.

It’s an average standard. Stains on linen, we complained. Toiletries not kept, drinking water controlled. Not a pleasant experience.

We stayed for 6 days and it was great. The hotel is rather small, but the comfort level matches their 4 star rating. Staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Food at their restaurant was good. Had the buffet once and it was great.

I have never seen such an obsession over appearance, taste, color, and texture of foods. The buffets are constantly groomed and replenished. There is no compromise on quality. The medu vadas for instance is a quick guage: it's light, fluffy and crispy as it should be. Not a lump with wheat flour mixed in. The rooms are similarly well designed and maintained. The service is amazing - I feel like a king. This is my second time at Country Inn Suites in south India. The previous one was at Mysuru in 2016 and I still remember that experience in 2025. I wish I could come here more often and stay with this company. Writing this over my third cup of filter coffee prepared by Mr Krishna Nair at the Manipal location. Well done!

Good food good ambience. Michael is a Good guy. The drinks were also good. We ordered so many food and we finished it cuz it was so good
