It was a decent hotel given the price. Air condition was not as cold despite adjusting to its lowest temp. Towels are a bit over used already so as the soap and shampoo dispensers

Location: Pretty convenient as it is near (and somehow within walking distance to Greenhills mall), and you can hail taxis in front of the hotel, and no need to go somewhere else. Cleanliness: I can say it's quite decent, I just didn't like the foul smell from the sink and the shower. Service: All the staff are accommodating and we didn't find it hard to check in/out. We were assisted when we were about to get our breakfast. Food: 7/10 Facilities: It was mentioned on the site the pool is closed, so I had the expectation that we will not be able to use it and so we didn't bring anything, turns out, it was open from 6 am to 8 pm (if I'm not mistaken)

pros great, functional hotel :) overall excellent overnight stay v close to concert venue comfy bed lots of sockets for remote work the gelato at indulge was SO good con arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in released by 5 pm :S front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ?? front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed on another note, in-room dining bit slow ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..

1. The location is only good for airport terminal 3 passengers ( our terminal is 1 and it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport/ hotel by taxi) and all the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away by taxi. We have to endure the traffic jams every time we go out. Quite stressful! 2. Noise problems: a construction site and the nearby guests in the hallway make constant noises and they wake us up, so I think the hotel should work on its sound proof quality. 3. City view and garden view ? After we complained about the construction noise, it took us almost five hours to move to the new room. The first room’s view is the ugly construction view ( allegedly city view ) and the garden view is hellish and unpleasant ( see the photo). I really wonder how the manager could proudly say it’s an upgrade for us to change to the new room?? Lol 4. Other than those above, the staff are all polite and attentive. Great breakfast and sauna and steam room.

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Stayed on this hotel for one night and we love it. Loved the breakfast buffet so much. I suggest arriving early in the hotel for check-in as there is long lines and it takes us almost 2hrs before we can get to our room even though this is a reserved booking but all in all smooth stay no problems encountered aside from the check-in. It's also good that there are not so much restrictions for example we can go out of the hotel at night or bring outside foods.

The hotel was fair, but there internet is not secure. After we left, I received 5 notices of somebody accessing my email. 5 times I denied access, and installed 2 step verification. After that it stopped. 2nd their front insisted they gave me 2 key cards when I only got one. My wife who checked out (because I leftfor US the day before) told me she paid $5 for the ”lost key card”.

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

Great clean hotel for a great price. Decorations and staff were amazing! Easily the best part. They also provide helpful tools to plan your vacation and clean filtered water. The outlets will work with any (at least most) style of plug. The rooftop also has a fantastic restaurant and bar area! There is even a sauna up there too. They also allow bicycle rentals from the lobby if feeling adventurous. My only real complaint is the stairwell could definitely use better lighting. Oh also the airport shuttle is paid, but that goes for everywhere in the country so far

Massage Service is terrible. Can never be on time. I made appointments for 2 massage on check in . Checked in at 8:00am . Made the appointments for 10:00 pm & 11:00 pm Called front desk to ask for our massages @ 10:20pm cuz they never showed up. No one even took the time to inform us that they were running late. Terrible front desk service. Called us @ 11:15 to let us know they were available. I canceled cuz I made my appointment at 8:00am and they still 2 hours and 15 minutes late . Terrible Service

Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the room is also excellent since it is very spacious and very clean. Food that we order is very delicious the buttered chicken and the Seafoods Lomi. very affordable for a hotel price. We will definitely stay there when we go back to manila.
