Well located hotel, at walking distance from historical downtown - where most of touristic spots could be found, the venue looks as something with a great past. With some refurbishing, renovation, it could also have a great future. Staff is helpfull, they compensate the issues the hotel encounters. Good breakfast, various products to choose from. Small open air pool but sufficient to enjoy during hot wheather (we never used during our stay as was raining too much). Rooms need to be refurbished, many things need to be improved

The place is good but limited aircon like in the hall ways no aircon only inside the room thats why i can feel that is to much hot. The room is clean but this is only the hotel that is no amenities in the room for the price of 2000 above which i think the room should have at least the basic amenities for the guest and you can see the they sell the kit in the receptionist area.

We stayed at Bayview park hotel for two nights after going to our appointment at St Lukes Medical Clinic I was with my cousin and her children, and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, the place was clean and peaceful, and the location is very convenient. Perfect for families and travelers. Highly recommended!

Attended a convention here, the banquet hall was of enough space, good food and friendly staff.. They also made some update with the TVs inside the room.

Pro: The hotel service is good. The room I booked is clean and the space is packed with storage and drawers. Breakfast is also good. The hotel rate is cheap. Location is accessible to nearby restau and stores but be wary of some street children. Cons: The entrance of the hotel is only a one-way street and has an ongoing construction. Tho it is beyond the control of the hotel as it is a government project. Unfortunately it has only a street parking.

The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from intramuros. Early check-in is only possible for an additional fee. You can drink good coffee in the lobby, and it is very pleasant to spend time here. There is a room for storing your luggage. They give a small set with toothbrushes and toothpaste, one piece of soap and a small packet of shampoo. The shower is excellent, good water pressure and always hot water. Our bed was not very clean, there were stains on the sheet. There is a kettle in the room. We were given water at the reception, it seems to be filtered. The staff is very responsive, friendly. Overall a hotel is ok.

A very good hotel near Intramuros area, Rizal park and Philippines national museum. You can go walking during the daylight without problems. At night the area has not too many people on the street but the hotel has private guards on the main door.

It was a very good experience with the hotel. The quality of the hotel was good in terms of its price, and the food was quite delicious as well. Would definitely recommend them to other customers as well.

I was honestly hesitant to book at first because some of the reviews made me anxious about the cleanliness and service. But after staying for three nights, I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, well-kept and definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, helpful, and very accommodating. They even allowed us to print our visas at the reception, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. What also stood out was the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. The lobby and foyer were absolutely breathtaking, spacious, elegant, and welcoming. It instantly gave a great first impression and set the tone for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!

A perfect place to stay for short period of time. Even though its in the city, you find your self comfort and a good sleep. Location is close to church, 7/11, mall and Us Embassy.Wifi connection is good as well.Staff are helpful and accommodating as well..
