Thank you for the excellent service. I was truly impressed with how well my room was prepared—from the complimentary coffee and bottled water to the neatly arranged bathroom essentials. Every detail reflected thoughtfulness and care.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to the warm and accommodating Front Office Agents, the courteous security guards, and especially to Mr. Paul for their outstanding service. Your team’s hospitality made my stay comfortable and memorable, and I sincerely appreciate the effort put into ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

Manila Grand Opera Hotel - A Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Manila
I recently stayed at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience.
Pros:
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near public transport (LRT station), making it easy to explore Manila's attractions.
Amenities: The hotel has a swimming pool, spa services, and a casino, offering a variety of options for relaxation and entertainment.
Rooms: The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining: Their in-house restaurant served delicious Filipino and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay.
Cons:
Noise: Since it’s in a busy area, you might hear some street noise, especially during peak hours.
Room size: The standard rooms are a bit small, but they are functional for short stays.
Overall, I recommend the Manila Grand Opera Hotel for budget-conscious travelers seeking a central location with good amenities. It’s a great value for money.
My stay at the Winford hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (HK.Michael, Front desk-Fiona,Duty Manager Sir Danielle, Bellman Ash & Zen,Casino Dealer Gemma) going above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila.

My family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my brother'sgraduation. Fersal Hotel is by the intersection near UST so be ready to hear firetrucks, ambulance, and cars honking. Convenient to walk outside even at night. They will not automatically clean up your room so make sure to put the ”Make Up My Room” signage on the door handle. We forgot to do so but the staff accomodated our request to fix our room when we arrived. Additional bed cost 700pesos. They have parking space for 5 cars and it is first come first serve basis. The room has a light smell probably coz it is a bit old. My mom remarked that the hotel probably needs to change their curtains so it will look a bit new. Both the air-conditioning and fridge looks old but it kept us frozen to the point that we have to turn it off. They also have dormitories for 2 pax for 10k-15k per month. The housekeeping lady (Ms. Tere I think) was nice and very accommodating. They has toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo with conditioner, cotton buds, towels, hangerss, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and pitcher (you will need to get water by the dispenser near the elevator). Good stay so far. We'll probably book this again.
We advance requested for a early check-in and they agreed as early as 7:30am as long as we check-out the same time. We are a loyal customer of this hotel. But the food was not a buffet well what do we expect from the price that we paid for break fast.
The location of the hotel is very good. It's in the middle of Wangbin Street. The room is also clean. It's very convenient for shopping. But the cockroaches scare me away. I hope the hotel can improve it.
A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets
Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

AAnonymous UserIt is indeed compact enough and suitable for backpackers to stay for one night. I arrived too late and there was no hot water, so I could only take a cold shower. It is a few minutes walk from Bambang Skytrain Station.
PPrinces MaeThe room is decent but lacks space. If you're only looking for a place to sleep briefly, it's a suitable option. The entrance location is rather ambiguous, causing confusion during our search. There are only stairs leading up to every room
