Location is kinda hard to find since it is inside the streets, but there are a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious. However, there are no toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Towel provided was only a thin one considering we are a couple that checked in. Told us that they'll replace it the next day, yet nothing came.
Didn't try the free breakfast either even I booked with complimentary breakfast.
AC or fan in the lobby would also be good since it's hot in there.

I like that the room was spacious and clean. Had a miscommunication with one of their staff that handles phone inquiries. I asked if their Deluxe Rooms are Netflix-ready, they said they are, but apparently they’re not. They were polite though and offered me another option, but that also didn’t meet my needs so I still ended up staying in the Deluxe Room. They didn’t have a resto in the hotel so request for plate & utensils wasn’t granted. Also, in the morning, I could hear the construction from outside so that kind of woke me up early. Not sure if I would come back, but overall, still had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I can still recommend it, but just don’t expect a 4 or 5-star hotel experience.

Dorm is in good loxation.The staffgreat location.Staff has been helpful.It is also open 24 hours so its really good if you party late nights.The dorm room I got has 4 double deck beds.Good aircon and clean beddings. Just bring your own towel/toiletries. And hope for a good roommate. Overall that was a good experience.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected.
The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities.
Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria.
Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

Easy check-in, attentive staff, fresh water tank for drinking, good WiFi, and access to public transport. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bank atms within walking distance. Red Doorz as a brand is great but this location is plagued by terrible neighbors. The people next door run some dog breeding business. They keep 5+ dogs in cages outside at night who bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to call the police on my seventh night at 02:00am because the barking just wouldn’t stop and I had an early morning the next day. I’d recommend Red Doorz as a brand but unfortunately this location ****** because of the neighbors. If you value your sleep don’t stay at this location. 5/5 for everything else.. The neighbors will sour this branch’s reputation. Management should look into this.

GGuest UserSimple, budget if you need to stay for a night or two. The staff is very nice, they helped with everything. The University of St. Thomas is nearby, you can walk. Five minutes to the fruit market. The room is small, but so is the price.
