1. Location is easy to find, good food.
2. Transactions with the receptionist were Ok, although there was just one thing that was confusing for me. On the email confirmation from Trip, it says the room can accommodate upto 3 guests with a maximum of 2 adults. I was with my Husband and my 14 year old son, still we were told to get an extra bed for my son. I did not argue anymore, thinking that they have taught of my son as an adult since he is tall. Even better if the receptionist could have probe better and recommend (and should not imposed).
3. Overall, it was a nice and memorable trip for my family.
I checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price.

The staff we're a bit loud even in the morning when they have to do cleaning from every rooms. Hopefully they would respect other guests quiet time.
The aircon was good.
They don't have safety deposit box for safe keeping of important things.

The hotel is suitable for short stays or travelers seeking quick access to nearby attractions like Rizal Park or Quiapo Church.
The room was very clean. We thought it was the cleanest SOGO room we’ve ever been, the only disappointing thing is that there was parking space intended for cars, only for motorcycle. Over all, it was a nice experience. We’d surely come again. ❤️
The room was not that clean there were stains all over the bed sheets, the bathroom is nearly collapsing although the food was very good and the staff are friendly as well
