"The rooms were not ready when we arrived. And we already arrived late. There are a lot of people checking in. We waited for a while and because of that the receptionist offered to give us a late check out of until 2pm. When it still took sometime to prepare the rooms, she offered to extend our check out until 3pm and upgraded the 2 rooms to executive suite and junior suite without any fee, while the 2 rooms are twin bed, hence all is well. I think the housekeeping staff are either slow or undermanned. Nevertheless, the front desk staff kept on apologizing and were very nice. It’s not their fault so I understand. We just walked to Okada, then in the morning heard mass at St. John Paul II church in Aseana City. The breakfast is fine. Our stay all in all was good. Thanks."

"5 star for me i love this hotel😍 Location is good a lots of food shops 🏬 tokyo tokyo,popeye,Starbucks,lawson,macdonalds,breadshops,korean restaurants,s&r and nyt market,crabs restaurants and church ⛪️ and beauty salon,nails spa,thai massage,barbershop and laundry and karaoke and massage chair and children playground and jogging place 🏃♂️ soon mang inasal The room is good clean but my first day nyt i have no towel😩 The staffs is approachable and nice always greetings 😍😍 The morning breakfast i like it i love the foods 😍😍 The taste is good 👍 I recommended this hotel kung nasa terminal 3 kayo nag arrival mas maganda magbook kayo ng grab and kung departure ninyu terminal 2or 1 maggrab lang kayo 150+lang ang pamasahe my free shuttle bus cla sa newport pero hindi pupunta sa terminal 3 hanggang newport lang cla dun banda sa belmont pero hindi papasok sa gilid lang ng kalsada magstop Sobrang na enjoy ko yung pagstay kasi buong kwarto ko nkawindow glass makikita tlaga ang paliparan mga airplane at mga cars"

"The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk. Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles. The gym was clean and equipments looked new. The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!"

"Pros: We booked the Premiere Twin Room and it was so spacious and nice. The beds are too cozy and comfortable too. Complete with towels, brush and blower. Close to the city corporate center. A lot of restaurants near the area. Cons: The breakfast buffet has limited choices and not worth the price. There is also no or limited parking since it is in front of a busy street.  But overall, we had a nice stay."

"Oh my Goodness SOLAIRE HAVE EXCELLED IN EVERYTHING. They exceeded my expectations.From the arrival until departure. They are very prompt to guide you every step of the way. They are very helpful,when I arrived , the people assigned in the main entrance is very prompt to help with luggages, placing tags and they will send it into your room so you won’t carry it during checks in. Upon check in the FO office is so helpful especially with the one who helped me print my ticket in the Air Supply concert. She was very accommodating. She shared my excitement. She let me check in early. She was very kind to let me check in even I wasn’t able to present my voucher because my phone was dead. My luggage were sent immediately in my room. Btw she upgraded me to one king bed because I am alone ,,the previous one was 2 queen bed. While preparing for the concert I feel starving so I went down to eat. A lot of ushers and staff in the whole lobby, you can ask a lot of people where is the nearest cafe or restaurant. After eating went back and prepare for the concert. I took all my clothes from luggage and try different outfit and left everything in a mess. After the concert went back in the room by 12 am and to my surprise, they make my room and prepare the bed , you will just slip through it. With sweets and water on the side, with the slippers ready to wear set in the floor. Superb Service"
